We recommend arriving between 19:15 and 19:30 so you can enjoy the welcome reception, complete registration, and take your seats before the program begins.
Depending on your category: a five-course dinner, wine/beverage pairing, seating in your chosen zone, a designer photo area, and after-party access. See the ticket page for full package details.
Vegetarian options are available. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will pass your request to the chef. Please note: despite the utmost care in the kitchen, trace allergens cannot be completely ruled out (Dubai food safety standards are observed).
Elegant evening attire with gold accents (jewelry, clutch, tie, manicure). A golden feather as an accessory is encouraged.
Children are admitted in accordance with the venue’s age restrictions. For families, a kids' room with entertainers is available during event hours (by advance reservation and subject to availability). No alcohol is served to anyone under 21 (per UAE law); minors must be accompanied by adults.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation or a significant date change by the organizer — in which case refunds are processed under the ticketing operator’s rules (Platinumlist). Personal reasons (change of plans, travel, visa issues) are not eligible for refunds.
Personal photography is permitted for private use (no flash and without disturbing other guests). Publishing images of third parties without their consent is prohibited under UAE law. An official photographer/videographer will be on site; close-up shots of guests may be posted on the organizer’s social media.
